Shipping policy

If an item(s) is not in stock at the time you place your order (unless is stated as a PreOrder product), we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment or method that is deemed most efficient, or we will ship out only once the item(s) is available for shipment.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in [Singapore]. [We also accept orders from international customers but your own courier arrangement has to be done at our Singapore Warehouse during operating hours.]
3. Courier
cubeRpedia may deliver the product directly or we may use third-party couriers including but not limited to Qxpress, Lalamove, GogoVan, NinjaVan, J&T, and Shopee Express.
4. Working Day
Working Day is based on Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
For simplicity, we start all working days based on the next day of the purchase.
Example :
customer A purchased the item on Friday 18/03/22.
customer A first working day will be Monday 21/03/22.
For cubeRpedia direct delivery, we will do our utmost best to deliver within the working days stated.
For Third-Party Couriers delivery, we will only ensure that we handover to the Third-Party Couriers within the working days stated. Once they take over, we will provide you with the tracking number, any aftermath liaise has to be done with the Third-Party Couriers.
5. Standard Delivery Time
Our estimated delivery timeline is an estimation provided and is not an indication of the actual delivery timeline. We try our best to provide the most accurate timeline but the date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, peak period, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
6. Expedited Delivery Time
For Expedited Delivery, we generally only deliver by our team or Gogovan, Lalamove, Grab Express.
Thus, We will do our utmost best to deliver within the working days stated.
7. Delivery Instructions

8. Shipping Costs
Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped. You may incur Sales tax at the customs of your province or territory and the amount will be fully bound by you if there is any.
9. Damaged Items in Transport
For Third-Party Couriers delivery, please contact them directly. Each For Third-Party Couriers delivery has their own insurance for damage or loss item(s).
We will not be held liable for any lost or damaged parcels in Transport for Third-Party Couriers delivery, but we will assist in the best we could.
